This course is intended to study the basics of electrical energy usage and means of electrical energy
conservation in all utilities including rotating machineries / Illumination.

 To study the concepts of power factor, load management etc.
 To study the various measures for energy conservation in electrical devices both static & rotating
machineries
 To study the emission related aspects & also a couple of case studies related to ENCON
